Chinese Bulk Herbs – Jasmine Flower (Su Xin Hua)
Jasmine flower helps to cleanse the body and remove toxins. When used as a tisane or mixed with green or black tea, the fragrant aroma can help to relax the nervous system. Jasmine has been used for sore throats, skin problems, anxiety, and headaches. Jasmine is one of the titular flowers in Three Flowers Tea along Chrysanthemum Flower (Ju Hua) and Honeysuckle Flower (Jin Yin Hua) for sore throats.
